Seth Tayler, Vice President, Marketing/Sales. Prior to joining the fmyi management team, Seth spent the past nine years as a television producer for Fox, CBS, Sony Pictures Television, Kingworld, Paramount Pictures Domestic Television, and MTV Networks in New York. In this capacity he placed thousands of businesses, products and people in the media spotlight. He has also provided organization and media consultation, affording him the privilege to work with high-profile executives. Seth completed academic training in the field of computer science as well as a bachelor degree in Broadcasting from Montclair State University. At the age of 24, he was already one of the youngest producers ever in Nationally Syndicated television. Seth's work contributed to the winning of prestigious awards in the television community and is a member of the Producer's Guild of America.

Justin Yuen, President. Before launching the company, Justin was a Senior Manager in Corporate Sustainable Development at Nike, Inc. His accomplishments included creating innovative organizational change programs, designing collaboration tools, building the business case for sustainability, and managing global employee training. Prior to that, Justin was Nike's head of Quality in Footwear Product Marketing for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region in the Netherlands. Justin is currently Co-Chair of the City of Portland/Multnomah County's Sustainable Development Commission, the Board of Directors of the Oregon Natural Step Network, the Portland Parks Foundation, and the Northwest Earth Institute, and the Steering Committee of the Clean Technology Alliance. Formerly, he was on the Advisory Boards of Portland State University's Implementing Sustainability Program, the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education, and the University of Michigan's Erb Institute For Global Sustainable Business. Justin has a degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and attended the Columbia Business School Executive Education program.

Manolete Gonzalez is Visiting Professor of Management at Oregon State University. He has 30 years of experience in management and strategic planning. Manolete's past positions include Group Manager in Public Revenue Management working on governance reforms for a US AID funded project in the Philippines, Head of Corporate Planning for Ayala Land Inc, Chief Operations Officer of the Mindanao Development Bank, and consultant to the World Bank. He has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Northwestern University, and a BS from Ateneo de Manila University.

Glenda Hatchett is presiding judge on her signature, hit television series Judge Hatchett, and author of the national best-seller "Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say." Prior to the Judge Hatchett show she served as Georgia's first African American chief presiding judge of a state court. Glenda Hatchett has served on the board of three Fortune 500 companies including Delta, The Gap, and the Hospital Corporation of America. She also is on the board of the Atlanta Falcons National Football League team. Judge Hatchett did her undergraduate work at Mount Holyoke College, which also presented her with an honorary degree and named her a Distinguished Alumna. Her other alma mater, Emory University Law School, named her Outstanding Alumni of the Year and presented her with the highest award given to university alumni, the Emory Medal, for her unwavering commitment to children's issues. Nationally recognized as an authority on juvenile and social issues, Judge Hatchett has made guest appearances several shows including Oprah, The View, Nightline, Good Morning America, McNeil Lehrer Report, O'Reilly, Fox and Friends, Politically Incorrect, and Dennis Miller. She has also served as a legal commentator for CNN Headline News, CNN America Morning, and Court TV.

Kelly Mackin is Vice President, Brand Strategy at Computer Associates' eTrust and is responsible for long-range planning with an emphasis on enterprise Threat Management. She arrived at Computer Associates from the PestPatrol acquisition, where she was Director of Product Management for Research. Before that, Kelly founded Tranxition Corporation and served as its President and CEO where she earned two patents in PC Migration. Prior to Tranxition, she constructed the enterprise product line strategy for CyberMedia before its acquisition by Network Associates. In the mid-90's, she developed the program which became Intel's "Wired for Management" and served as Intel's board member on the Distributed Management Task Force (DMTF). Kelly served as an Editor and Lab Director for LAN (now Network) Magazine. She studied mathematical economics and high-energy physics at Hampshire College in Amherst, MA, and Journalism at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York.

Selina Man was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Ten Thousand Villages, a nonprofit retail organization dedicated to fair trade since 1946. She has a background in financial management, operations, and international business development. Selina was International Regional Manager for A.M. Best Company, where she transformed the international operations unit into the most profitable and fastest growing department within three years. Her educational background includes Doctoral studies at Princeton University, Business Development Certificate from the Wharton Business School, and a BA from York University. Selina has spoken at conferences in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, and throughout the United States.

Sarah Severn is Director of the Horizons in Nike Corporate Responsibility. While at Nike, she has worked on strategy, stakeholder engagement, the continued integration of sustainability into the business, product stewardship, corporate sustainability initiatives and corporate reporting. Under Sarah's guidance, Nike has developed corporate policies and programs encompassing a range of environmental areas including organic cotton, PVC phase out, climate change and forest products. Sarah serves on the steering committee of the Oregon Natural Step network, the Board of Directors of the Natural Step U.S, and the Advisory Board of Sustainable Northwest. She is a member of the core faculty of the Prince of Wales' Business and Environment Programme, and has taught in senior executive seminars in the US, Europe and South Africa.

Kevin Sweeney is chief of staff for Al Gore's The Alliance for Climate Protection. He has been faculty member of the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College and visiting faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Environmental Strategies Director of Patagonia, Special Assistant to Department of the Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt supervising over 300 communications officers in ten government agencies, Press Secretary for Senator Gary Hart, reporter and political analyst for CBS, and Chairman of Ozone Action (merged with Greenpeace USA). Kevin has appeared as a featured guest on Nightline, News Hour, and Larry King Live, in addition to speeches throughout the US, Europe, Canada, and at the United Nations. He has also served on the White House Apparel Industry Partnership and published his book Father Figures in 2003.
